A spacious renovated farmhouse of 120m², situated in a peaceful hamlet between fields close to Ingrandes Le Fresne-sur-Loire, 30km west of Angers and 60km from Nantes

How to get there
Situated 5km north of Ingrandes Le Fresne-sur-Loire and 20km south of Candé
By car :
- 30 minutes from Angers via the D723
- 20 minutes from Candé via the D6
- 1 hour from Nantes Atlantique Airport via the A11 motorway and the D723
The house is roughly 2 1/2 hours drive from St Malo, 3-4 hours drive from Caen, 4 hours drive from Cherbourg or Dieppe and 5-6 hours drive from Calais, excluding stops.
All guests are entitled to a 20% discount off their travel costs with Brittany Ferries.

During your holiday
The region has many chateaux open throughout the year to visitors. There are three golf courses close to Angers and others close to Avrillé, Ancenis, Cholet and Nantes.
It takes just over an hour to drive to the sea and beaches close to Nantes and La Baule.
There is also :
- theme parks, farms and zoos for all ages
- horse riding for experienced riders and beginners
- fishing in lakes or along the Loire, day or weekly permits can be purchased in the Tabacs
- boat trips along the Loire
- lots of tracks along the river or in the countryside for rambling or cycling
- canoeing, water skiing, pedal boats close to Ancenis, if you are really feeling adventurous
- wine tasting of excellent local wines
- lots of small restaurants offering excellent local cuisine at a very reasonable price
