View of garden and patio. Well equipped kitchen (including dish washer, microwave, espresso coffee maker…).
Wood burner in the middle of the lounge, TV, DVD, Wifi and Telephone.
Separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
4 bedrooms
Ground floor:
– Main bedroom with king sized bed (150cm).
– 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm).
1st floor:
– 3rd bedroom with a double bed (140cm)
– 4th bedroom, 2 single beds (90cm)
(A cot and high chair are also available if required.)
Possibility to rent the gite with the use of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms (1 with wet room).
Garden (barbecue, 2 tables and chairs, sun loungers, swing chair, table tennis, badminton, pétanque and footballs).
On option : outside jacuzzi with “massage jets” for up to 4 people – 35€ extra per week.
Rental price includes: Bedding, towels, electricity, heating, logs for the wood burner and tourist tax.

How to get there
Situated 7km north of Ingrandes Le Fresne-sur-Loire and 20km south of Candé
By car :
- 30 minutes from Angers via the D723
- 20 minutes from Candé via the D6
- 1 hour from Nantes Atlantique Airport via the A11 motorway and the D723
The house is roughly 2 1/2 hours drive from St Malo, 3-4 hours drive from Caen, 4 hours drive from Cherbourg or Dieppe and 5-6 hours drive from Calais, excluding stops.
All guests are entitled to a 20% discount off their travel costs with Brittany Ferries.

During your holiday
The region has many chateaux open throughout the year to visitors. There are three golf courses close to Angers and others close to Avrillé, Ancenis, Cholet and Nantes.
It takes just over an hour to drive to the sea and beaches close to Nantes and La Baule.
There is also :
- theme parks, farms and zoos for all ages
- horse riding for experienced riders and beginners
- fishing in lakes or along the Loire, day or weekly permits can be purchased in the Tabacs
- boat trips along the Loire
- lots of tracks along the river or in the countryside for rambling or cycling
